Very quick and easy. No waiting for my appointment even though I was 15 minutes early. My only regret is that form FD 1164, requested by the FBI, was not available, so I had to use form FD 258.

I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner to re-do fingerprints due to HR mishaps. My appointment was quickly done and staff was very professional. She made sure the prints were clear to avoid any possibility of re-do's/ rejection from the state. I have been here several times, and both staffs have exceeded the true definition of what it means to deliver "Great Customer Service".
