Your fingerprints will be taken digitally, and on ink (FD-258 form) with this option. We require that you provide the codes on where you would like the prints transmitted: SON, SOI, IPAC

Please annotate the reason for your appointment, and ensure you allocate enough time as this option tends to take up to 30 minutes or more.

Additionally, you are required to provide two Federal ID’s (i.e. Passport, DoD ID, Social Security Card).

Mr. Habba helped and went over and beyond what could be expected. I am from Ohio and very rare are people from Ohio who would get fingerprints done. He had to find the fingerprint cards from piles and piles of cards. It would be such a hassle if I couldn't do it until I get to the US. It was just so nice that he was able to find them after searching for a while. Thank you so much cause I am a step away from this process!!!
